INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
KDK BOTTLE CHARGER
1/ Depending on the battery capacity, you should choose the appropriate machine.
– 6A machine specialized for Honda car batteries and batteries up to 20A.
– 12A machine specialized for Honda car batteries and batteries up to 40A.
– 20A machine specialized for batteries up to 80A.
– 30A machine specialized for batteries up to 150A.
– 50A machine specialized for batteries up to 200A.
2/ You power the machine by plugging the 220V power cord into the 220V power source.
3/ You choose the charging step to suit the battery. Specifically:
– For 6V battery, select 6V. 12V battery choose 12V step. 24V battery choose 24V step.
4/ Correctly clamp the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of the battery charger to the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of the battery.
5/ When starting the battery charger, we should increase the Power to number (1) or number (2) to charge slowly but is good for the battery later. If you want to quickly charge the battery to full capacity, it is not good for the battery in the long run.
6/ While charging the battery, the meter needle indicates the current of the machine is charging, the meter needle will move high and low according to the charging time. When charging the battery, the meter needle will return to number (0) or stabilize at a certain level near number (0). Or the solution in the tank will bubble to indicate that the battery is full. You can stop charging. When charging the battery If it’s dry, you should fill the battery with water. When the battery is fully charged, put your hand in the battery and feel it’s warm, so you know the battery is full. If you don’t fill it with water when the battery is fully charged, it will heat up and cause the battery to swell.
7/ When the output is short-circuited, the battery’s fuse will be disconnected. Disconnect the 220V power cord and handle the short circuit. Press the fuse button, then turn the machine back on, the machine will work normally. The charger is 30V-50A, the CB switches back to (OFF), after processing, pull the CB back to (ON).
8/ Absolutely! You must not clamp the positive (+)v and negative (-) terminals of the machine upside down on the negative (-) and positive (+) terminals of the battery, as this may cause a fuse to break or damage the machine. You should also not Wrong charging step (For example: using the 12V step to charge 6V, the 24V step to charge 6V or 12V can also damage the machine).
